Ses rencontres et ses aspirations le m\u00e8nent tout naturellement vers l\u2019\u00e9dition. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience acquise dans la presse, m\u00ealant attention esth\u00e9tique et rigueur journalistique, son \u0153il appr\u00e9hende dans son ensemble le contenu et la forme d\u2019un livre.<br>Il fonde l\u2019agence de design graphique Danish Pastry Design, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Paris et sur l\u2019\u00eele de la Baltique Bornholm au Danemark. L\u2019agence prend en charge des projets print, packaging, web design, sc\u00e9nographie et expositions pour diff\u00e9rents clients culturels, corporate et des ONG tels que : Das Kapital Records, Nova Records, Universal, Wagram, Life Publishing, 13<sup>e<\/sup>\u00a0Note, Gallimard, Rivage, Buchet Chastel,\u2026<br>Aujourd\u2019hui, bien que son travail soit presque exclusivement tourn\u00e9 vers le livre, Christian Kirk-Jensen aime \u00e0 voyager dans l\u2019univers musical, r\u00e9alisant les pochettes de disques pour des musiciens qu\u2019il affectionne particuli\u00e8rement.
